As the Lincoln Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Brand Marketing Manager:

  • Lead Lincoln BEV strategic workstreams to execute and deliver winning EV products and services aligned with the Lincoln Quiet Flight Brand Pillars and Lincoln Brand Experiences
  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver: Reveal, Reservations, Go-To-Market, and Launch of Lincoln BEV
  • Be the Brand Marketing expert and deliver market equation objectives (Sales, Share, Revenue, Margin) and brand health objectives (Favorable Opinion & Consumer experience) with your brand
    1. Lead price strategy/market equation development with the Finance team
    2. Partner w/retail marketing to set and adjust variable marketing actions that deliver sales and share objectives
    3. Monitor the industry and competition to identify trends and actions needed to deliver objectives
  • Maintain subject matter expertise for BEV products and services, as well as segment and competitive intel. Must be the most knowledgeable person in the company on the segment and current competitive actions.
  • Continuously modernize, reduce complexity, and simplify key client experiences with the target customer in mind
  • Partner with Lincoln Field Operations and Retail Education & Training (RE&T) to address ongoing needs of our Dealers and Field team to deliver program objectives including exceptional client experience and profitability
  • Develop and execute go to market, reveal and launch plans in collaboration with earned and paid communications teams and agencies
  • Interface with ordering systems and assist with the development of the Order Guide
  • Work collaboratively with Ford Shared Services and EV SMEs on BEV experiences, BEV charging, eCommerce, online reservations and lessons learned
  • Be the voice of the customer - SME on all vehicle nameplate consumer/dealer/market insight to variable marketing, Finance, Data & Analytics, Field Ops, RE&T, Fleet and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services teams as well as external agency partners
  • Support program volumes and take rates
  • Assess commodity/feature take rates to ensure fastest selling features are in the market to guide accurate financial forecasting
  • Support key Lincoln brand initiatives, such as Lincoln Black Label, connected technologies, and client experiences
  • Work with Global Consumer Insights team to coordinate key market research events, including vehicle acceptor/rejecter insights
  • Champion team efforts and presentation materials for Key Dealer interfaces (Dealer Council & Annual Dealer Meetings).
  • Work collaboratively with paid and earned communications teams to maximize Share of Voice and ensure that all tactics are aligned with agreed messaging priorities

The minimum requirements we seek:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive, specifically pertaining to marketing of battery electric vehicles (BEVs)

Our preferred requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Proven track record in marketing and experience in the development and launch of BEVs
  • Passion for electrification and delivering exceptional client experience
  • Understanding luxury customer expectations
  • Strong organizational skills, including coordinating teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in a clear, concise format
  • Strong analytical and financial skills; able to use data to build a compelling business case
  • Extraordinary teamwork and collaborative skills and demonstrated behaviors
  • Demonstrate leadership through influencing and collaboration across the organization including Field Operations, Training, Finance, variable marketing, Communications, PR & other internal stakeholders, as well as Dealers and other external partners
