Marketing, Sales & Service plays an important role in Ford's revitalization as a modern, progressive vehicle and mobility services company delivering a trusted customer experience. Candidates should have a passion for the lifetime value of a customer and be able to analyze data trends and identify trends to make recommendations to drive real-world business decisions. Ford MS&S embraces an audience-first mindset and way of doing business that improves customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, as well as additional sales of vehicles, parts, accessories and services. We are the eyes, ears and voices of Ford, meeting customer demand by delivering the right products to the right dealers at the right time.

Field Specialist (Customer Experience (CX), Service Performance, Network Development)

As a Specialist, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers:

  • Product training
  • Merchandising & advertising support
  • Financial management
  • Process analysis, implementation and improvement support
  • Sales metrics and forecasting skills
  • Customer service programs

Your ideas and actions make an impact on profits and growth. One of the many rewards of this position is seeing your efforts lead to increased sales and customer loyalty at the dealership and corporate level.

Ford College Graduate Program

As part of the Ford College Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to experience:

Throughout the FCG program you:
  • Listen to dealer needs, understand their concerns, and provide solutions
  • Work independently in your daily activities and work as a team to share best practices while meeting sales and service goals
  • Network with colleagues and leaders throughout the organization and learn about career opportunities at Ford/Lincoln
  • Are equipped with:
    • Your portfolio of dealers
    • Skills, necessary equipment and data to attain your daily and monthly sales goals
    • A company car, dependent on first assignment

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in the following fields of study:
      • Preferred fields include Business Related (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications etc.)
      • Qualified candidates with bachelor's degrees in other fields of study will also be considered
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Willingness to relocate now and in the future
  • Willingness to travel up to four nights a week
  • Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license
  • Must be available for full-time employment by September 2023
  • Successfully completed an internship at Ford Motor in MS&S in the last 24 months
