What you'll be able to do:

  • Build and deliver technology strategies which deliver key customer experiences.
  • Work with technology leaders to plan delivery and migration of technology to Ford vehicles.
  • Assist in crafting Ford's technology portfolio.
  • Participate in the Tech Cycle Plan process and own Budget and Spending.
  • Lead development technology strategies to deliver winning vehicle-based experiences.
The minimum requirements we seek:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or any related field of study or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in leading technology strategies to deliver customer experiences for the Chinese market
  • 2+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to concisely frame complex product & business scenarios including development of succinct recommendations
  • 2+ years of experience developing product, feature, and technology roadmaps

  • Proven passion for innovation, technology, strong eye for business and critical thinking.
  • Adaptive to frequent shifts in direction while working within a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in consolidating input for decision making and methodical problem solving.
  • Motivated self-starter able to manage multiple tasks and work streams.
  • Ability to work independently but also closely with cross functional partners.
  • Proven capabilities in global teamwork and communication.
