Ford Credit's Customer Product Org's job is to obsess over the critical parts of the customer journey and be the reason for customers to choose and stay with Ford. The Technology Product Leader for CRM will be responsible for helping to implement an enterprise CRM solution across various groups, product business lines, and support functions. You will proactively contribute to changes in processes and procedures with the goal of building the most engaging and compelling experiences for our new and existing consumers.

What you'll be able to do:

  • Be the "Go To" in leadership for CRM Technologies
  • Lead the functional and technical delivery of Ford Credit Products from Idea-to-Customer
  • Help deliver a $100mil Enterprise Initiative by influencing people across multiple teams to stay focused and moving forward on strategic goals while purposefully leading dependencies and removing obstacles that stand between your team & product success.
  • Anticipate risks, find, and resolve issues before they become blockers.
  • Demonstrate their management and leadership capabilities to ensure innovative and technical CRM product solutions, prioritize feature requests, solve complex problems, be able to dive deep into the details, and keep focused on the big picture.
  • Influence: a diverse set of partners with excellent relationships, commitment to driving good decisions, and deep domain expertise in SaaS product development and Enterprise software dependencies.
  • Partner with diverse technical and non-technical roles spanning all organization levels
  • Work with lead Product Owner matched pair to coordinate quarterly prioritization process while delivering the quarterly OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
  • Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic through input into the Long Range Plan, lead, and successfully implement the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership.
  • Continue to evolve the organization in support of the Product approach and use of Agile methods
  • Drive the culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Travel: Fully remote or minimal travel, depending on the individual's preference

The minimum requirements we seek:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field OR a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of technology experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading and running an engineering, product, and/or program management team, preferably in a database, high-volume/transaction, and web-services environment.
  • 5 + years of hands-on experience with Sales & Marketing Cloud
  • 5+ years defining product vision, functional requirements, release plans, and roadmaps.
  • 5+ years of experience translating business objectives into execution strategy, and successful execution of the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience as a business-focused technology leader managing Data Services.

Our preferred qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certification - Marketing Cloud/Sales or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Innovating, anticipating the future, and working toward continuous improvement in CRM Technologies
  • Dealing with ambiguity to develop solutions that work for partners from various subject areas to meet an aggressive timeline
  • Experience with relational database internals and deployment at cloud scale is preferred
  • Experience in cloud application development solutions, such as GCP, Kubernetes is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading teams of greater than 100 people
  • History of strong leadership focused on a collaborative, results-oriented culture, visionary thought leadership. A validated teammate who will build a collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to facilitate deep technical conversations; ability to explain clearly the benefits of an architectural approach.
  • Communicating a new direction or change with a clear rationale and/or sense of urgency
  • Creating or taking advantage of multiple opportunities to promote needed change
  • Adapting communication content, approach, or style around change to appeal to different audiences
  • Cultivating relationships and collaborating with peers and colleagues across skill teams. Unlocking potential in teams, building, developing, and fostering talent.
  • Ability to identify key drivers, core assumptions, and significant trends across a complex, competitive landscape.
  • Operational experience supporting systems in a 24*7 "always on" environment
  • Interacting with and influencing senior management enterprise-wide
  • Define, influence, and achieve quarterly/annual OKRs
  • Ability to lead a highly skilled team and a global product teams
  • Experience in lean product management and effective use of the build, measure, learn cycle.
  • Instrumenting software to measure software effectiveness
  • Innovative and able to operate with an iterative, Agile, and user-centric perspective
  • Effective communication, collaborative, and influencing skills
  • Connected to industry trends and direction by both technology companies and other captive finance companies.
